Foundation

Smart Medical Services is a joint stock company founded in 2009. The company was established in order to design, implement and manage medical programs for corporate clients according to their different needs. We provide innovative solutions, compatible with the unique requirements of each company, through tailored programs to suit the special needs of each customer.

Growth

Establishing the new branch of the 10th of Ramadan city in Al-Sharqia governorate, to penetrate new markets in the industrial area on the 10th of Ramadan city, with a man-power of 15 employees.

  • Implemented an advanced web-based system, that allows the management of over 1,000,000 subscribers
  • Set our commitment with service level agreement at the highest level, we managed to reach a maximum of 60 minutes to issue an approval, and 30 seconds to answer a call on our HOTLINE 16261

  • launched our android application SMART on Google Play store in order to locate our medical network, or request medical approvals, or post an inquiry

  • We care about uninsured members, so we present SEHATY card, which serves all uninsured members by offering discounts in all service providers and also assists in the process of reservation in private clinics with the help of a Medical Information platform for up-to-date topics.
  • In the Industrial field, we have our Occupational Health Program which ensures the safety of the workers and the working environment.
